We only accept returns of damaged items provided with images and video proof within 30 days from the order date.

Exchange of damaged items may be possible provided stock is available for the respective item at no additional cost.

Exchange of ring sizes may be possible provided stock is available for the respective item at an additional charge of 100 INR.

Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

In case of cancellation of any order, a charge of 2% would be deducted from the order amount.
