This Shipment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes what are your shipping options, how the products are shipped, when you make any purchases or place orders on our site, i.e. www.snastudios.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

 

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy statement and Return & Refund Policy.

 

1. SHIPMENT SERVICE

All our products are shipped from our workshop/warehouse in India. We use the services of third-party delivery service provider, namely, Shiprocket, for shipping the orders placed by the users. We ship all over the world. The shipping rates may vary from one region to the other, and you may also be liable to pay taxes, customs and duties as per the applicable law.

 

  2.  ORDERS AND SHIPMENT

• Orders subject to acceptance and availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when a customer places the order, and sold out by the time we attempt to process the order.

• Shipment Time: All delivery orders successfully received by us from the users, are usually dispatched within a period between 2 to 3 working days, provided such products are available in stock with us.

• Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is to be borne by the user, unless stated otherwise by us in writing. For pan-India, our present shipping costs are INR 70 per order. However, we offer free shipping on all orders above INR 2990 for delivery addresses within India. For international orders, the cost depends on weight of the product, and varies from one region to the other. You will be able to see this cost before you place the order with us.

• RTO/ Un-delivered shipment : We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order. Refund will be processed (excluding the shipping charges)  only once the shipment returns back to us. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges has to borne by the customer .

• Delivery Time: We use Shiprocket as our third party shipment service provider, that takes around a period of 5 to 7 working days for delivering the orders in all parts of India, except Northern India, where the delivery could take 7 to 10 working days. The estimated delivery date to your destination address of an item will be communicated to you after your successful payment. However, the delivery time is subject to change based on shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address, or covid related restrictions etc. 

• Not for Commercial Purpose: The products sold on the Website are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.

• Assumption of Risk: You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

 

  3.  CHECKING THE ORDER STATUS

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status. Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the period communicated to you in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@snastudios.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

4.  TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and Custom Duties: Imported goods may be subject to different import taxes and customs duties depending on their content, value and other legally considered factors. You shall be responsible to bear these amounts in full, wherever applicable. 

 

  5.  THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS 

Whenever you place an order with us for any product, it is our third-party delivery service provider, namely Shiprocket (hereinafter referred to as our “Delivery Partner”) who ship and deliver the products to your doorsteps in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. For this purpose, we also share certain personally identifiable information (PII) of yours with our Delivery Partner in order to fulfil your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy statement for more details on the subject.  

 

  6.  RISK OF LOSS

The items purchased through the Site are shipped by Delivery Partner, therefore, as a result, risk of loss and title for such items shall pass to you, upon our delivery to the Delivery Partner. In no case, shall we be responsible for any lost shipments.

 

  7.  RESERVATION OF RIGHT

We or our Delivery Partners reserve the right to change the shipment fee for any jurisdiction.

 

  8.  GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the Products that you order or purchase from the Website, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

  9.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the available delivery services. We ship our orders via DHL. 

Shipping rates vary for country to country. All shipping rates would be visible at checkout as per the destination entered..

Please note we do not ship to most countries yet. If the service is available at your country, it.’’ Show as an option at checkout. 

International orders are delivered in 7-10 working days from the day of dispatch. Please enetera valid address where a recipient is available to collect the order. Please be advised that deliveries shall be not be made on public holidays in your country.

You maybe charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges incurred must be paid by the person receiving the order. 

SNA STUDIOS has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

In any case, once your order reaches the destination and you wish to not pay the custom charges, please note that the package will be discarded by the delivery service and your order will be considered as delivered. We shall not be held responsible on such cases and no refund would be processed from our end.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
